By creating an account or using LG Invest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with local laws.
3. Account status
New accounts start in a pending state. You may sign in and submit deposit requests, but withdrawals and certain features remain disabled until your account is activated by deposit confirmation or manual review.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are processed manually. Processing times depend on administrative review and blockchain confirmation. LG Invest may reject requests that do not meet platform rules or appear fraudulent.
5. Plans and returns
Investment plans, rates, and accrual schedules are described on the platform. Returns are not guaranteed. See the Investment Disclaimer for important risk information.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LG Investis provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
